You can only use this Skill's second effect once per Duel. 1: At the beginning of the Duel, add 1 "Number 101: Silent Honor ARK" to your Extra Deck. 2: Can be used before your normal draw if you have 3000 or less LP. One of the cards from your normal draw this turn will be a random WATER Fish monster from your Deck.
