Notes & Combos

Step 1 - Obtain 3 copies of the HERO's Stage structure deck.

Step 2 - Open packs from the Flash of Shining Flare box until you get Elemental Circulation (1st priority), Elemental HERO Voltic Wingman, & Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman. If you get Circulation early, reset the box to give yourself another chance at it. It's an important 3x! Getting a 2nd Voltic & 2nd Shining Flare would be pretty good too, but you only need 1 copy of them for a playable deck.

Step 3 - Open packs from the Distant Neo Space box. Hope to get at least one copy of Hero Descent (1st priority) and Curse of the Rising Light. If you get Hero Descent early, reset the box to give yourself another chance at it.

Step 4 - Buy the Miracle Fusion bundle.

I also recommend the following bundles when you have more gems: Trap Hole, Nobody Phantom Thief, Buffered Slime.

Use a SR Dream Ticket for the 3rd copy of Elemental Circulation if you need it.

Use a UR Dream Ticket for Elemental HERO Burst Wingman.

Use remaining SR Dream Tickets on Star Restart. Note that you can also pull it from the Forbidden Fantastic Show Deck Build Box, which has the Shiny Shady trap card as well (most popular card in the game). You can clear the entire box for 2500 gems.

Use Card Restoration as filler if you need to get to 30 cards.
