With the World Championship Series and the recent BOX release, it seems that TPC is more conservative with this list. We'll have a more confident picture how the matchup spreads in the upcoming weeks.
Also, congratulations to
your World Champion!

The Loading... + Loading... package is a big game-changer, allowing Star Seraph to actually contest Sky Striker and Infernoble while also boosting the Unchained matchup. While this tech isn't necesarily new, its rising popularity helps Seraph become more balanced against the meta at large.

High Potential
Lyrilusc is probably the deck that is most likely to shape the metagame; I think it's going to be likely to see other decks begin teching for this matchup, and whether or not that's enough will be what defines this upcoming KC Cup format. The deck boeastsfavorable matchups against decks like Sacred Beast, Blue-Eyes, and Sky Strikers, and I would imagine techs like Loading... , Loading... , and Loading... will start to pop-up as disruption. Still, I expect that Lyrilusc will be strong, as it can always threaten lethal with its standard plays (and its counterplay will often be "draw the out"). I should mention that Revolution des Fleurs is able to set-up a Loading... or Loading... without Special Summoning going second (playing around Loading... . This interaction on its own may be enough to keep fleur decks relevant for the forseeable future.
Windwitch is a combo deck that uses Loading... (searable with Winter Bell Accel ) as a one-card starter to Loading... (without using Normal Summon) and Loading... (which is able to pop 1-2 cards in a single turn). Loading... allows you to play through interruption, and the deck has about 6 spaces for techs (Loading... , Loading... , Loading... , etc.). The main weakness of the deck is the lack of follow-up, since a lot of their monsters require you to control no monsters or only Windwitch monsters. This ends up being tricky, as you usually have some non-Windwitch monster on your field, limiting your plays without Chimes.
