Announcement fromThis is the first Tier List for your new Top Player Council! Be sure to give them a warm welcome!
Well, our first Tier List is practically the exact same (barring the removal of Star Seraph)
Tier 1
Tier 2
If Lyrilusc didn't exist, I could argue that Sky Striker is one of the best decks in the format, but having such a bad matchup against the most popular deck in the game hurts a lot when considering the deck's future prospects.
The recent banlist's hit on Loading... was surprising, as it did so little to hinder Loading... strategies. However, the deck is weak against prepared opponents: Bishbaalkin collapses if the opponent knows what to expect and has even one Loading... or Loading... plus Loading... in their Extra Deck. The only truly favorable matchup might be against Lyrilusc, as Lyrilusc - Bird Humming locks them out of Link Monster, but you still have to hope they don't have Loading... or Loading... . As far as variants go, Nekroz is the bestt Fleur deck in my opinion.
Fleur has so many variants at this point, it's crazy. Tier 2 is the perfect spot for this deck, as its versatility allows it to to have solid matchups across the board on average.Loading... is still the best going-second card in the game, and summoning Loading... and demanding an answer without even committing a Normal Summon allows Fleur to clear most threats easily.
Loading... variants of Fleur are less consistent now, since opening a Level 8 Spellcaster no longer leads to Bishbaalkin without an extender. To compensate, players have been encorporating various engines (Performage/Dogmatika/Invoked) to complement the overall strategy.
