This Tier List is for the second stage of the World Championship Qualifier, and is intended for Best-of-1 Ladder format.

Orcust and its different variants stand at the top for the WCQ. Besides the main 2 variants (the Handtraps + Loading... version and the backrow version), Orcust hybrids like Onomat+Guardian Call Orcust or Odd-Eyes Orcust have been performing well in the past week.
Orcust is now even main-decking Loading... , a Loading... for Dragons and Machines which is very powerful tech going second for the mirror or for dealing with the other tiered decks which end up on Dragon boss monsters.
I would expect new Orcust versions to pop up during the event.

Aside from Orcust, Odd-Eyes and Rokkets remain outstanding amongst the quagmire of playable decks: the former for its consistent setup and free advantage via its Skill and the latter for its ability to go first and deny the opponent of their Extra Deck resources, demanding the perfect answer to deal with the resulting board and then follow-up without said resources. While each have their own sets of individual foibles holding them back, Top Player Council still expects modest representation from these two decks.
Odd-Eyes is a pretty interesting case of the general lack of creativity amongst the community, as in there are a lot of ways it can be built, but people tunnel focus onto the most obvious ones. I feel like in this RRQ we'll see a lot of out of the ordinary Odd-Eyes lists as some players have been experimenting a lot, and the deck definitely has potential to beat most of the popular choices for this tournament.
