Tier 1

Tier 2

Tier 3

It is obvious in the eyes of the Top Player Council that the meta as of late has more or less stagnated, with no changes to the Tier List for another week. While there can be some arguments between the non-Tier 1 decks on any given week the TPC is more-or-less locked on this Tier List, with Speedroid and Odd-Eyes Orcust positioned firmly at the top, with only major Banlist/Skill Change intervention or new content shaking that position.

Furthermore, with there not being any major competitive events aside from Worlds, there aren't any huge subversions or innovations to be expected until Worlds actually happens, and even then those implications are muddled by the fact that Duel Links Worlds has its own format.

That being said, there are still viable decks that, while not agreed on to make the actual Tier List, are competent enough to place or even win Tournaments. Between Resonators, Salamangreat, Ursarctic and various other decks, you will be seeing variety as far as tournaments are concerned, just not to the degree that TPC are confident in Tiering.

There are once again no changes on the tier list this week and there likely won't be until the next Mini Box at the end of August, though with worlds this weekend we can probably expect to see some more offmeta picks due to the nature of the 5 deck shared cardpool format which at least will make that tournament less boring to watch.

Some of the more rogue decks that could potentially see play there include Fossil, Chronomaly, Pure Odd-Eyes variants, Ursarctic, Crusadia, Salamangreat or D/D/D, as some of those require less generic techs to play at full force which means you can save them for your other decks. However, whether those picks can actually find the same success at regular tournaments too remains to be seen.

Other Decks

As The WCS Finals Approaches Here are some of my prediction of what to be expected to see. Since the WCS Format is a 5-deck Gauntlet with Legendery Characters in between here are some of decks we can expect to to be represented:

Fossil is one of the underdog decks, and is a neat option in my opinion. I don't think the deck should be counted out by worlds participants or spectators.
