Tier 1

TPC Comments

Not much has changed with Tenyi since last week, but it has seen a considerable amount of play, which is why TPC has elected to promote it to Tier 1. To say the deck has been doing well is an understatement. I've said it before, but Tenyi is one of the few decks in this meta that can go second and do well. You never feel like you have lost the game just because the coin flip did not go in your favor, and that's why players have gravitated toward it.

When it comes to Tenyi, there are some cards like Loading... and Loading... that have some solid advantages in this meta, putting the deck in a good spot.

Tenyi, being one of the most stable decks in the current format, is well-deserving of its newly-acquired Tier 1 slots. Between the safety cushion provided by skills like The Legend of the Heroes , and the Loading... OTK, Tenyi has reliable options going first and second.

Tier 2

TPC Comments

Aside from some general fears of techs like Loading... and Loading... , I can see some potential in Live☆Twin that can be further developed.

Yubel is a deck to look out for, and for good reason. The deck plusses on every Normal Summon and consistently throws out obnoxious boss monsters. They don't do much, but they will burn you to death with their effects. In that way, Yubel kind of applies this fake pressure to remove their monsters as soon as possible. I think the deck needs more time to settle, as players seem to be undecided on what techs they want to run. For now, it's a solid Tier 2 option.

Yubel has been the most-represented deck in most of, if not all, the tournaments this past week. In this regard it has been the biggest rival to Tenyi, but these Heroes just can't seem to convert nearly well enough into the later stages of tournaments for it to be considered more than Tier 2 at the moment.
