Tier 1
Borrel Link and Star Seraph remain at the top of the meta in the eyes of the TPC. Both decks sport powerful Skills and explosive potential hands that must be respected, warranting their spot on the list.
Tier 2
Shark is being promoted to Tier 2 due to its generally good matchups against Star Seraph and Unchained (Loading... is strong against Unchained but inability to win while you're locking them will probably end with Unchained regaining control).
Shark is a very staple dependent deck. Once the board is set up (Loading... , Loading... , and Loading... being your primary disruptions), you have to draw staples to survive.
Additionally, there's no clear set of techs that works well against most of the meta (Loading... works on Star Seraph but is dead against Sky Striker/Unchained, running Loading... or Loading... will lead you to struggle against Borrel Link, etc.) Star Seraph also has to deal with this problem to an extent (but their Skill is much better).
Tier 3
Sky Striker has seen a massive consistency boost with the new support: so much so that the deck can now consistently break almost every established board. This makes it a very hard matchup for decks without a ton of guaranteed follow-up like Star Seraph and Shark, as their best option becomes simply setting a bunch of stuff and hoping to win on the crackback.
The reason Sky Striker is held down at Tier 3 is because of its borderline unwinnable Unchained matchup, as Link Summoning with enemy Strikers doesn't trigger Loading... (which is obviously a problem for Sky Striker).
However, the meta is very backrow-oriented at the moment, which means Sky Striker will have a find time (as they're generally good at dealing with backrow). I could see it performing well in the upcoming weeks (given the right circumstances).
Off Tier List
Blue-Eyes is a good Deck, and could've conceivably kept a low Tier 3 spot. The increase in backrow usage is bad for Blue-Eyes as they don't generally run backrow removal aside from Loading... , meaning the standard Spirit > Loading... > Loading... OTK Line is not as effective as it once was. Additionally Blue-Eyes took advantage of a heavy handtrap format, but Loading... , Loading... and Loading... are seeing less play than before.
