This is the first Tier List for this season's of Top Player Council. It is also a KC Cup Tier List, indicating what the Top Player Council expect from the second stage in this Best-of-1 Ladder Format.
When it comes to the second stage of Kaibacorp Cup, it's all about winning fast and consistently. We're most confident in the decks that show both these qualities.
Tier 1

Tier 2
Blue-Eyes provides a fast paced game that will end quickly one way another. It's seen a lot of tournament success and popularity due to its results. The appeal of being a fast deck means we should see a lot of this deck in the KCC (surely it is time to main Loading... !)
The Tier 2 Decks are likely to be played the most in the upcoming KC Cup, with Blue-Eyes being the most probable candidate in my eyes because it can deal with most popular disruptions (Loading... /Loading... ), it has fast games and it has simple gameplay (you summon your beatstick, set-up your disruptions and pass).
In recent point long-term battle rooms, we've seen just how dangerous Blue-Eyes can be with their ability to rapid fire games, and with its user-friendly nature, it's easy to keep mental sharpness while playing the deck. This means you can play a pretty powerful deck with not a lot of counters for much longer in a skill-intensive format. These facts alone I think will make Blue-eyes an amazing choice for this KC Cup (potentially Tier 1-worthy, in my opinion).
Zombies are seen by many as the best deck this format, as it boasts lots of GY recursion and grind game. Although it may lend itself to slower gameplay and having hard counters such Loading... and Loading... , we expect there to still be a large playerbase on this deck to grind out those wins (potentially more so at higher ladder).
