Phantom Knights are still the best deck, despite the introduction of Gandora as a new threat. It should start adapting to face this new contender and more mirror matches. Some builds are already main decking Loading... , adding cards like Loading... or Loading... to their Extra Deck line up and siding cards like Loading... .

With the arrival of Gandora to the meta, Buster Blader has found a new prey. Due to the fact all the main bosses of Gandora are all dragons, Loading... can just shut down most of Gandora's game plan. With access to powerful Level 8 Synchro Monsters and a searchable Graveyard banish, Buster Blader has a sound gameplan overall in the meta and deserves the Tier 2 slot for now.
Buster Blader stocks are going up after the introduction of a new dragon deck that uses its GY for its game plan and doesn't play backrow.
With the release of new Mini BOX and Gandora rising. Buster Blader has found another great matchup on current Tier List (alongside Abyss Actors) mainly because of the easy access to Loading... banishing their Loading... & Loading... plays. Additionally, all of the deck's bosses are Dragons, which end up being food for Loading... , so I believe it deserves to promote to Tier 2.
Buster Blader goes up in value thanks to Gandora, which aside from using Dragons as its main boss monsters is pushing away decks that gave Buster Blader a hard time previously.
