DWELLER IS HIT LONG LIVE KONAMI
Since most decks in the format have some reliance on GY effects, its not really fair for the deck that goes first to have unrestricted access to Loading... and simply shut down the opponent. Since a lot of boss monsters are also Limited to 1, Dweller will tend to not be the prefferred choice (the exception being Shinobird since it has nothing it cares about on the Limit 1 list.). It may be a bit late, but it's a welcomed move from Konami, since it will force players to choose between Dweller and other powercards (which in turn potentially lowers the ceiling of Turn 1 decks).

The hit to Loading... has opened up a lot of new decks to be good in the game as now endboards dont need backrow to check a monster that stops them from activating non-Spirit effects. The new BOX decks like Vaylantz and Rokket are for sure winners of this so you may see them pop up more often.
Now more decks that rely only on monsters can be playable, since Loading... shut down any deck that couldn't stop it without using monster effects.
