Hello all, in light of the recent balance update, we're going to be posting a TPC reaction to the Balance Changes and how the current Tier List is affected. As a result, the first Tier List for our new Top Player Council will be delayed until July 21st

Speedroid basically lost 1 copy of Loading... , functionally untouched. Some lists were already running only 2 copies, so the hit is useless.
Speedroid lost 1 copy of Loading... , which doesn't really affect the deck. The Loading... limit also impacts decks that wanted to use it as a means to splash Loading... (primarily Gusto)
Loading... going to Limit 3 barely matters for Speedroid, since it only played 1: losing a single Limit 3 isn't enough to slow down the deck (as another staple will replace it).
Speedroid received a very minor hit. They will simply replace 1 Limit 3 staple with one that isn't Limited.
