Hello all, I previously mentioned that this Tier List would be delayed until next week, but our new Top Player Council decided to stay on schedule, so this will be their first Tier List. Show them support in the comments!
Tier 1
TPC Comments
In my opinion, Shaddoll is currently the best deck (but it's not so dominant to be a sole Tier 1). The ddeck has limited counters, and even though there are some options to beat a Shaddoll board (at least on paper), Loading... can just win those matchups on its own. Shaddoll is also gatekeeping a lot of strategies from the Tier List, since the matchup is almost unwinnable for decks like Salamangreat, Predaplants, and Nouvelles.
Shaddoll stays Tier 1 and is, in my opinion, the best deck in the format. No deck right now can reliably contest Shaddoll as they are lacking in the ability to stop it going 2nd. Alternatively, if they are capable of doing so, they are still vulnerable to Loading... or Shaddoll's TUrn 1 board.
Speedroid remains Tier 1 alongside Shaddoll. Speedroid only lost one Limit 3 after the banlist which means that one copy of Loading... will have to be replaced. This doesn't change how the deck plays (aside from seeing Eclipse less in the matchups that it solos like Gusto and Utopia).

With Ancient Gear Engineering allowing for one-card combos, Ancient Gear has strong going-first capabilities:
- Against GY-reliant decks it can make Loading... and/or Loading...
- Against normal decks it can make Loading... to near-guarantee survival by searching a Loading... or Loading... . It can also use Loading... and Loading... 's card draw to ensure follow-up even if the whole field is destroyed.
Going second, Ancient Gear is notorious for its numerous OTK lines thanks to Loading... ' protection, Loading... 's immunity to Spell/Traps when combined with its Battle Phase effect denial, and the Skill-provided Loading... s ability to summon a Triple attacking Loading... .
