Tier 1

Tier 2

Chimera gets promoted to Tier 2: it has the best Turn 1 board in the game right now, having resiliency and answers to all meta decks and common techs. Going second, it can play into boards well with the Loading... / Loading... protection effects and Loading... 's ability to remove problematic cards like Loading... (which otherwise stifle your advantage).

Sky Striker makes its way onto the Tier List at Tier 2. Going second, Sky Striker can break boards with its Spells while also having the option of going with Loading... into Loading... to help OTK floaty boards. Going first, the deck can set-up Loading... and Loading... and then remove your monsters with Sky Striker Ace Defying Fate to deny "going second Skill effects". Sky Striker can also deck-thin a fair bit, allowing it to see techs that will help it survive like Loading... and Loading... .

I believe Sky Striker is incredibly underrated. The Deck's largest issue was always its consistency, but Sky Striker Ace Defying Fate addresses that. With a good enough hand, Sky Striker has tools for literally every situation (Backrow Removal, Monster Removal, GY interruption, Monster Negates, Protection, etc.): it's just about having access to those cards. Even with the new Skill it can't guarantee it sees the cards it needs to see, but it does however happen much more consistently, allowing the deck to be a much bigger threat.

After some discussion, I now think that Sky Striker is among the top decks in the metagame - with its main deterrant being its lower representation versus the likes of Shadoll and Despia. Sky Striker has amazing versatility. Turn 2 it can can clear entire boards or punish stickier decks through Loading... + Loading... OTKs. Its typical Turn 1 play can set-up 2 disruptions and 1 near-flawless protection (or it can use its Skill to remove its monsters to turn off "going second Skill" effects). As such, I believe Sky Striker is Tier 2 worthy.

Sky Striker will be promoted to Tier 2 with its board-clearing capability via searchable (with Loading... ), recurrable (with Loading... ), and flexible interaction tools (including Loading... , Loading... , Loading... , and Loading... [particularly useful against Despia]). With Sky Striker Ace Defying Fate , the deck has also received everything it needed to stay consistent.

Sky Striker also has a decent survivability going first against any deck (thanks to Loading... abilities to float and Quick-Effect Link into Loading... in addition to its interaction suite and protection spella like Loading... ).

In conclusion, Sky Striker's ability to surivive going first and OTK going second gives it a decent chance against any deck, which is one of the reasons why TPC has brought it back onto the Tier List.
