Utopia has had success adapting to Despia in the metagame over the past couple weeks having adjusted its tech cards accordingly. Utopia being able to to have one of the most formidable boards in the format going first along with Loading... and/or backrow removal (e.g. Loading... or Loading... ) as its tech cards have given it a favorable match-up into Despia and put Utopia in a better position in the current format. Loading... is the generic Rank 4 Xyz Monster of choice vs Despia, with some players also running Loading... to further improve the match-up.

Gusto has maintained its position in the format by adjusting its tech cards to include Loading... along with Loading... and backrow removal (Loading... and/or Loading... ) to answer Despia. Gusto has settled on Loading... + Loading... + a searched Loading... as its Turn 1 currently. The deck had greatly benefited from running Loading... but it has fallen out of favor due to not being good vs Despia.
Despite the majority TPC opinion, I find myself dubious on Resonator's position in the current metagame. It hasn't seen much usage since the debut of the lastest BOX and hasn't been successful with what representation it has had (but I also understand that judging a deck's position based on popularity alone is a mistake). On paper, it's still one of the stronger decks someone could be playing. Resonator going first can end on Loading... , Loading... , Loading... , Loading... and Loading... with Loading... in GY for protection. It can find room for Loading... , Loading... / Loading... and Loading... if it really wanted to. The Loading... from Witness Why I Am Known as the True King! going second allows it to only pay 600 LP once from Loading... . Still, I find myself skeptical on its Despia match-up overall, even if it adjusted its tech cards. That being said, even if its match-up into Despia isn't bad, the way other decks have adapted should also be bad news for Resonator. Loading... could banish the Soul Resonator (or even worse banish the Loading... it was attempting to bring back with Loading... , potentially losing the game right there). While it could lead with Crimson Resonator's Special Summoned from hand to get the board set-up it wants, that only accounts for some of its openings. Overall. I personally find myself asking the question: "Why play Resonator in the current format?"
Speedroid has for the most part been unsuccessful adapting to Despia with a disfavored match-up. Compared to other decks in the format like Utopia, Speedroid doesn't benefit as much from adjusting its techs slots for Despia. Loading... has been more popular and some players opt to include Loading... too but it was already running Loading... and Loading... / Loading... . With Despia being at the top of the current format I expect Speedroid to continue to struggle.
