September 3rd Update
Konami have added 3 new Skills to the "Skill Exchange" feature available at the Card Trader, allowing you to obtain Skills using Gold and Stones!

For now, you will still see these Skills listed as "Lifetime Mission" on DLM on Skill Pages and hovers, whilst we take the time to update our database for the new feature.
