Wow Konami actually releases a card that does something. Bouncing 2 cards back to the hand is significant and can be tribute summoned turn one with the Loading... .

Kinda cool how you can summon it with Loading... and it has an effect. Too bad its effect is pretty useless - it will bounce cards after the new card has been tribute summoned so they can still respond with whatever they have before everything is sent back.

I can't see this being played even in an Ice Barriers deck which is saying a lot.
