Skill Changes
The Skill Changes will go into effect by updating to 8.10.0, which will be released around July 21st-23rd!
- Blue-Eyes Reign has had its use condition made slightly more lenient, requiring 7+ Level 5 or higher monsters and no Level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monsters with 1900 DEF or Lower
