Konami revealed more information about the upcoming new character Declan Akaba, his gate event, Ace monster, and an upcoming Structure Deck EX with D/D/D support.
His event it's scheduled for October 21st.

Command of the Doom King
At the start of the duel, add pendulum zones to your field. You can use this skill once per duel.
Choose one Loading... from your hand and add it to your extra deck. After that, choose from your field or deck up to 1 "D/D" pendulum monsters, and put them in the pendulum zone. Their effect is negated. At the start of your next turn, return to the deck all the cards you have in the pendulum zone. This skill can be used only if you start the duel with a deck containing one or more Loading... , as well as 6 or more "D/D/D" pendulum monsters (Extra Deck doesn't count).
