Selection Box Super Mini Vol. 4
It seems whilst bulk updating image assets for various other BOXes, Konami added the pack asset (and no others) for a potential upcoming Selection Box.
Could be a similar situation to how a few of Lulu/Rin's sprites where leaked early whilst preparing for the big UI refresh last year, or something that isn't intended for release for months down the line.
