While Loading... supports any spellcaster deck, it better suits spellcasters that are capable of floating or searching so that it's not a negative. In the current meta, spellbooks fit that amazingly well, as not only is Loading... a searching spellcaster, but the deck is a meta threat even without Loading... .
The main weakness I'm seeing from current Loading... Spellbook builds is that they essentially only play 3 monsters in the whole deck, as all the others are not capable of being summoned standalone.

Since the release of the new structure deck box, Loading... has sparked a new way to play Spellbooks. Spellbooks having great consistency, Loading... fits well in the deck; getting an active Loading... on the board along with Silent Magician's effect to negate any spell card once per turn. Though it is a very strong deck now, I believe it won't last long as the upcoming skill changes such as Posthumous Army and Sealed Tombs heavily hurt the deck.
Success in Tournaments
Kcful has had mass success in Anytime Tournaments with the card, stacking up 5 tournament wins with the deck!
I think without Restart , Loading... will be the more consistent version. However, grass is the more powerful of the two. Loading... gives you a better match up VS Masked Heroes and a worse match against Amazons. The 30 card version is the opposite. However, with the influx of Parasite Infestation , the 30 card varient may still be good.
The deck is a glass canon, usually opening Loading... + Loading... within the first 3 draws. Loading... is a little easier to pilot as well. I'd say it's clear they're a Tier 1 contender going forward.
