Skill Changes

The Skill Changes will go into effect by updating to 6.5.0, which will be released around March 15th.

Swing Into Action: Pendulum Summon! will no longer have a Pendulum Monster Requirement
Extra Balloons will now start the Duel with a Loading... on the field if you have a deck with only "Performapal", "Odd-Eyes", and "Magician" Pendulum Monsters.
Command of the Doom King will now have a less-strict requirement, and your scales no longer return to your deck the turn you use the Skill!
