Forbidden/Limited List Update

The Forbidden/Limited List will be updated on July 29th with new cards added to the list:

• Loading... , Loading... ; Loading... are now limited to 3.

• Loading... is no longer on the List.

Skill Changes

The Skill Changes will go into effect by updating to 6.9.0, which will be released around July 18th.
