[SPEED] Skill Changes

The Skill Changes will go into effect with App Update 10.6.0 releasing around March 24th - 27th 2026.

• Maid's Downtime The summon restriction now allows Dragon Fusion Monsters, the search effect now reveals a Dragon instead of sending it, and Dragonmaid Downtime can be set if the opponent controls a card from outside of your Deck.
