Card Database Modifications
List of cards that KONAMI have messed with recently (this is purposedly vague). This does not guarantee they're coming, but it's a prediction tool for the next 1-2 months.
Not in the list? Can still come, don't worry and keep coping.

Skill 1
This Skill's effect can be used once per turn and twice per Duel.
1: During your Main Phase, shuffle 3 Winged Beast monsters from your Graveyard into the Deck. Then, draw 1 card.

Skill 2
This Skill's second effect can be used once per Duel.
1: At the start of the Duel, add ace card(s) to your Deck/Extra Deck.
2: Can be used before your normal draw if your Life Points are at 3000 or below. One of the cards from your normal draw this turn will be a Level 1 Winged Beast monster.

Skill 3
This Skill's second effect can be used once per turn.
1: You can only Special Summon Winged Beast monsters and you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except DARK or WIND Xyz monsters.
2: If there is a card on your opponent's field or Graveyard, reveal 1 Rank 8 or lower Winged Beast monster in your Extra Deck. The Level of each "Lyrilusc" monster on your field becomes the same as the Rank of that monster.

Skill 4
This Skill's second and third effects can be used once per Duel.
1: You can only Normal or Special Summon Level 1 monsters or "Lyrilusc" monsters.
2: Reveal 1 "Lyrilusc" monster in your hand to send 1 "Lyrilusc" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.
3: If there is a card on your opponent's field, send 1 monster from your field to the Graveyard. Then, Set 1 "Lyrilusc" monster from your Deck to the field. (Its battle position can be changed.)

Skill 1
This Skill's second effect can be used once per Duel.
1: At the start of the Duel, add ace card(s) to your Deck/Extra Deck.
2: Can be used before your normal draw if your Life Points are at 3000 or below. One of the cards from your normal draw this turn will be a WIND Spellcaster monster.

Skill 2
This Skill's effect can be used once per turn and twice per Duel.
1: During your Main Phase, shuffle 3 Spellcaster monsters from your Graveyard into the Deck. Then, draw 1 card.

Skill 3
This Skill's third and fourth effects can be used once per Duel.
1: You can only Normal or Special Summon "Windwitch" monsters, Spellcaster monsters and WIND Tuners (excluding Special Summons from the Extra Deck).
2: Your opponent receives 0 effect damage from your non-"Windwitch" cards or effects.
3: During a turn you have Normal Summoned a Level 3 or lower "Windwitch" monster, return all face-up monsters on your field to your Deck (at least 1). Then, Set 2 "Windwitch" monsters from your Deck with different Levels to your field. (Their battle positions can be changed.)
4: If there's a face-up Loading... on your field, add 1 Loading... from outside of your Deck to your hand.

Skill 4
This Skill's third, fourth and fifth effects can be used once per Duel.
1: You can only Normal or Special Summon "Windwitch" monsters, Spellcaster monsters and WIND Tuners (excluding Special Summons from the Extra Deck).
2: Your opponent receives 0 effect damage from your non-"Windwitch" cards or effects.
3: Shuffle 1 Loading... or 1 Loading... in your hand into the Deck to add 1 "Windwitch" monster from your Deck to your hand.
4: If you control a face-up "Windwitch" Synchro Monster, play 1 Loading... from your Deck to your field.
5: Return 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard to your Deck. Then, add 1 "Windwitch" Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand.
Other Speed Duel Skills

Yugi Skill
This Skill's second and third effects can be used once per Duel.
1: You can only Normal or Special Summon Spellcaster/Warrior monsters with 2100 DEF, Aqua monsters with 2000 DEF or Level 5 Dragon monsters (excluding Special Summons from the Extra Deck).
2: Play 1 Loading... from your hand or Deck to your field.
3: If you control less cards than your opponent, add 1 Loading... from outside of your Deck to your hand. Then, play 1 Loading... from outside of your Deck to your field in face-down Defense Position. (Its battle position can be changed.)

Xyz Windraze
This Skill can be used if your Extra Deck contains a WIND Xyz Monster.
1: Gain 1500 Life Points at the beginning of the Duel.
2: Can be used once per turn during your Main Phase. Choose 1 face-up monster you control, and it gains 300 ATK until the end of the turn. It gains an additional 500 ATK until the end of the turn if there is a WIND Xyz Monster OR a WIND monster and a Xyz Monster, on your field and/or in your Graveyard.

LP Boost S8
You can only use this Skill if your Extra Deck contains 2 or more Level 8 or lower Synchro Monsters.
1: At the beginning of the Duel, gain 1600 Life Points.
2: During the End Phase of a turn that you successfully Special Summoned a Level 8 or lower Synchro monster, gain 400 Life Points.

WIND Exchange
This Skill can be used twice per Duel if your Deck contains at least 9 WIND monsters.
1: At the start of your Main Phase, place 1 card from your hand to the bottom of your Deck, and then draw 1 card.

Synchro Skill
This Skill's effect can be used once per Duel.
1: Choose 1 face-up monster on your field and a Level between 1 and 4. It becomes that Level until the end of the turn and while it is face-up during this turn, you can only Special Summon Synchro Monsters.

Xyz Skill
This Skill's effect can be used once per Duel.
1: Choose 1 face-up monster on your field and a Level between 1 and 4. It becomes that Level until the end of the turn and while it is face-up during this turn, you can only Special Summon Xyz Monsters.

Time Thief Skill
This Skill's second effect can be used once per turn.
1: You can only Normal or Special Summon "Time Thief" monsters (excluding Special Summons from the Extra Deck).
2: Reveal a Loading... or a Psychic Type "Time Thief" monster in your hand to add 1 Loading... or 1 Machine Type "Time Thief" monster from your Deck to your hand. Then, if there are no cards on your opponent's field, you must return 1 card from your hand to your Deck.
