Introduction / Achievements / Optimized Deck

Hello, my name is Raytee. Maybe some people will know me from my Youtube Channel “Raytee Gaming”.

Since the release of Gladiator Beasts in Duel Links, I started to work with this deck. One of the main reasons for this is, that I played this deck for a long time in the TCG, and it is still one of my favorite Arctypes when it comes to Yu-Gi-Oh!.

The deck is still very young in Duel Links, but I already reached a good amount of achievements with it. Besides “King of Games” in November 2017, I ran through Stage 1 in the KC Cup with just 8 losses overall, from Lv 1 to Lv 20. I used the deck in the 2nd Stage as well, and it brought me to Rank 8 in Europe and to Rank 81 Global with a 74% winrate.

Staple Cards

Loading... : [Optimal Count 3]
Our main beater, who has the highest chances to run over opponents monsters successfully. Besides his good stats, we also have the option to go into Loading... or Loading... to gain more field advantage. [We need him to fuse into Loading... sometimes]

Loading... : [Optimal Count 3]
Our way to remove backrow, which is needed in a meta that includes a lot of strong backrow cards.

Loading... : [Optimal Count 2]
With this monster destruction effect, we can remove multiple monsters per turn, or big monsters that we can't destroy by battle. Also he is helpful in burn match ups with destiny draw for example, that our opponent is forced to use his resources onto a low ATK monster to prevent Loading... to get summoned to wipe out his backrow.

Loading... : [Optimal Count 1-2]
A one of staple, with the effect to attack twice per turn, that we can finish some opponents faster. Or to just clean the field much easier, with two attacks and then go into another Gladiator for even more advantage.

[These three cards are the most versatile ones, when it comes to the current meta]
[More about their different uses can be found in the match up section]

Extra Deck

Loading... : [Optimal Count 1]
Rarely used, but can be helpful against Mill or Burn in some situations with his effect to negate spells and traps, by discarding a card from our hand.

Loading... : [Optimal Count 1]
Rarely used as well, but he can't get destroyed by battle and when he attacks your opponent can't activate spells or traps. So it is not bad to keep one in your extra deck for specific situations. Also when he battles we can bring out 2 Gladiator Beasts afterwards.

Loading... : [Optimal Count 3]
By far the most used Fusion in Gladiator Beasts, because we can deal with Loading... , or just play around Loading... for example. 2500 ATK are also perfect, this allows us to run over monsters like Loading... .
