October 21st Update

• Unlock Blue Angel by defeating Competitive Playmaker Level 40 in Duel World (Vrains)

Event Information

• Blue Angel is here, unlock her to gain access to Loading... !
• This event takes place from October 19th to October 31st
• Duel against Legendary/Standard Duelists and in Ranked Duels to collect "Cheer Supplies" which you use to duel Blue Angel at the gate.
• Unlock Blue Angel on October 21st by completing the unlock conditions.
• You can get 120 Cheer Supplies playing 3 Ranked Duels every day.

Blue Angel Drop Rewards

Strategy

• Can be played Skill-less. Other options include LP Boost Alpha as a way to avoid being OTK'd in case of bricking.
• Use your low-level Witchcrafter monsters to summon Loading... in Defense position (ideally trying to end on 2 Verre asap).
• Use your Witchcrafter and Spellbook effects to thin the deck as quickly as possible, while maintaining cards in hand with your Spells.
• Verre can negate Loading... 's ability to attack directly, denying both damage and recursion.
• If Blue Angel uses Loading... to try and swing over Verre, you can either boost Verre by 1000 DEF using its Damage Calculation effect (if the attacking monster is 3800 ATK or if you only have 1 Verre on Field), or let Verre get destroyed (be sure to revive it ASAP with Loading... ).
• Avoid passing turn with only 1 card in deck, however you can use Madame Verre's negation effect to stop the draw effect from either Loading... or Loading... once before your last turn.

Last Turn

• Get as much ATK on board without using your Normal Summon. This is usually done be Xyz Summoning Loading... (either using its effect to steal one of Blue Angel 's monsters [do not do this if she only has 1 monster since you cannot attack directly if you do]), ranking up into Loading... , re-summoning a detatched Verre in Attack position, and/or Link Summoning a Linked Loading... .
• Normal Summon Loading... and use Loading... on it.
• Enter Battle Phase, attack one of the opponent's Attack Position monsters with Vassal (using Verre's ATK boost effect if necessary).

Replacements

• You can replace the Spellbook draw package with more Witchcrafter cards (probably 2 more of either Pittore or Genni, and 1 more Collaboration). Missing copies of Schmietta and also be replaced with copies of Genni or Pittore.

Strategy

• Use Loading... or Loading... to destroy Loading... and summon Loading...
• Use My Name is Yubel , Loading... and/or Loading... to search the missing pieces of your combo.
• Cycle through your Deck as quickly as possible with your Witch, Trooper and Island effects.
• Save three high-level monsters and a Fire King Island in your hand for Last Turn
• Note: Be careful of Loading... and Loading... as they can draw you your last card before your turn. If you can, safely avoid passing to Blue Angel with only 1 or 2 cards in your deck (depending on what she has access to in her Extra Deck). As such, cards you want to keep for your last turn include Loading... and copies of Loading... , since on the last turn you're able to draw 2 cards before doing your final combo.

Draw Combo

• [Optional] - Here is how you play around getting decked out on Blue Angels last turn.

  • If you are thinning out your deck - always search for Loading... and Loading... first. This will prevent you from turning off its effect last turn with Loading... or Loading... . You can freely set combo pieces to avoid discarding to handsize - you can also discard 1 Loading... and 1-2 Loading... relatively safely if need be.
  • [Loading... Route - 2/3 Cards] - When you have 2-3 cards left, Normal SummonLoading... and use its effect to shuffle 1-2 Loading... back into the deck, most likely making Loading... Live again. Use it to pop Vortex Trooper (on field if you need to draw 2 cards, in hand if you need to draw 3 cards). Then proceed with Last Turn combo - The last card will be drawn when you pop Loading... with Loading...
  • [Loading... Route - 1/2 Cards] - When you have 1-2 cards left, Normal Summon Loading... (if you have Loading... targets in deck, you can also use it to draw 2 cards on your last turn). Proceed to using the Last Turn combo. As long as you already have your Yubel Pieces for Loading... in hand, the last card will be drawn when you pop Loading... with Loading... .
  • If you're still having trouble - you can replace cards like Vortex Trooper with cards like Loading... / Loading... / Loading... . Then you can manually pick when your draw out your deck.

Last Turn

• Discard three High-Level monsters to Summon Loading...
• Use Loading... , giving control of Montage Dragon to the opponent.
• Use a second copy of Loading... destroying your Loading... to summon Loading... from your Graveyard
• Enter Battle Phase, Attack Montage Dragon with Ultimate Nightmare, and seize Victory!

Replacements

• You can change amounts of Loading... /Loading... , Loading... , and Loading... to suit your collection. Any sort of other ways to draw at your own speed will also work to play around Blue Angel's playstyle. However it should be noted that Loading... specifically helps play around decking out considerably due to the card acceleration available. You can also swap out a card for Loading... if you feel incapable of playing around the draws or do not have too many ways to draw on your turn.
• If you feel your deck isn't fast enough to outspeed Loading... direct attacks, you can find space for cards like Loading... or Loading... in order to give yourself a LP Buffer to end the duel.

Strategy

• Skill can also be Life Charge or LP Boost Alpha - Blue Angel cannot out Yubel with anything in her Deck - but she can do damage with Loading... and her various Trickstar effects.
• Use Loading... or Loading... to destroy Loading... and summon Loading...
• Use My Name is Yubel , Loading... and/or Loading... to search the missing pieces of your combo.
• Cycle through your Deck as quickly as possible with your Witch, Trooper and Island effects.
