To Unlock Joey Wheeler (DSOD) you need Complete Challenge 3: Defeat Joey Wheeler in Duel World (DSOD)
Joey Wheeler drops additional copies of Loading... to get your hands on.
In order to complete challenge 3 you must also have completed Challenges 1 & 2 and collect 420,000 or more Event Points.
Joey Wheeler (DSOD) has some strong tech cards like Loading... and Loading... and some interesting Skills in Red-Eyes Fusion and Fusionmorph: Red-Eyes

This event takes place from April 21st to April 28th.
Duel against Legendary/Standard Duelists and in Ranked Duels to collect "Duel Memories" which you use to duel Yami Yugi at the gate.
Unlock Joey on April 24th by completing Challenge 3
You can get 60 Duel Memories from playing 3 Ranked Duels every day.
Yami Yugi Level 50 will start to appear in Duel World starting April 22nd
Unlock New Scapegoat Skill for Joey Wheeler (DSOD) on April 25th by completing Challenge 4.

Use My Name is Yubel and Loading... to make sure Yubel is in your hand.
Cycle through your deck with Nephthys monsters and Loading...
Save three high level monsters for the last turn.

Summon Loading... with 10,000 or more ATK by discarding your high level Yubel Monsters
Use Loading... on your Loading... to give it to Joey.
Use Loading... to destroy your Terror Incarnate to summon Loading...
Attack your Montage Dragon with Ultimate Nightmare, dealing 10,000 effect damage.

Use Loading... or Loading... / Loading... to destroy Loading... and summon Loading...
Use My Name is Yubel and Loading... to make sure Yubel is in your hand.

Take at least 1000 Damage to trigger Draw Sense: High-Level , use Loading... and / or Loading... to make sure you only take enough Damage to trigger the Skill and no more. (You can summon Winged Kuriboh in ATK mode to help make sure of this)
Use Draw Sense: High-Level to draw Loading... and use his effect to Special Summon him to the field in ATK Mode
NOTE: Loading... is a LIGHT Monster that can crash into Mahad if it gets to use its effect on Loading... , you need to clear these monsters with Mahad if you can (hopefully without losing Effect Damage only)
Once Mahad is on the Field, use your Draw Cards to thin your deck WARNING: Be VERY careful with Loading... , if you have less than 6 Cards in your deck you will not have access to the banished cards before your deck runs out, so only do this if you already have your Vassal, Unions, and Secret Pass in hand. Loading... can help with this
Prior to Last turn, if any Mahad are in your GY, use Loading... to put them back in your deck.

If your 2nd Loading... is currently in your hand, use Loading... to send it back to your deck and draw it, activating its effect. Special Summon it in ATK Position.
Normal Summon Loading... and use both Loading... and Loading... on it
Attack Yugi Directly with Vassal
