In case you missed it, This Week's Meta Weekly was back to the norm. The Post-banlist meta has mostly settled, with most of the regular faces taking up the Top Cut. In the end Thedarknight93, in his first ever Meta Weekly toppled trapdexter's Dark Magician with his Invoked Neos Deck.

Anything you want to tell us about yourself? What's your history with the game?
Well I started playing and watching Yu-Gi-Oh! when i was a child... From the first season of Duel Monsters. I've played so much of the TCG with my buddies. I also played the Yu-Gi-Oh! Video Games before I started playing Duel Links, which I started on launch day. I really liked the concept and the gameplay.
Congratulations on winning your first ever Meta Weekly! How does it feel?
To be honest, when I started the tournament, I didn't think i would win, because it was my first Meta Weekly. To be honest, it is a really nice experience: I really enjoyed and had fun playing. I'm so happy to be in this event and I hope I will participate in other Meta Weeklies or even an MCS
Why did you go with Invoked Neos? How do you feel it matches up in the Meta?
I went for Invoked Neos because I tested the deck with my friends and I thought that the deck has an almost good matchup against all the Tier List decks. I also feel that Counter Traps are very useful on the ladder....in the Meta Weekly I faced a lot of different matchups but Blackwings was the most prevalent.
Anything you'd like to say about your Decklist?
I didn't want to go for Loading... because I don't like to use too many Discar Traps, and I preferred to use Counter Traps with Loading... and Loading... to slow down the OTK decks like Blackwings, which are Tier 1, then follow-up with Loading... and go for lethal. As for Loading... , it was a key card that's a surprise comeback using his effect and then going into Loading... .
Do you have any advice for those who haven't entered a DLM tourney before?
Well I hope almost every player can participate in a DLM Event so they can play against the most competitive players.It doesn't matter if you win or lose as long as you get experience and have fun.
If you could make changes to Duel Links right now, balance or otherwise, what would you make?
Well I hope to see more new and different decks on the Tier List, because we have had the same meta for too long. I also hope they add new types of events and new characters (Like Fujiwara, Atticus Rhodes, Raphael, Dartz, Team Ragnarok and the Dark Signers) that were important to the anime.

I would like to thank my friends at the Duel Links Morocco Discord Server because they helped me a lot with testing the decks and matchups. Also shoutout to my friend SimoW for making Top 32 in the Meta Weekly.
