How does it feel to win this Meta Weekly?
It feels amazing! I wanted to win one for a long time but always came short of it. One day, I wish I could win with Ritual Beasts as they are my favourite deck.
Why did you go with Fire King this Weekly?
Because I was tired of losing to Harpies every tournament. Fire King has a good matchup into them especially because its a rouge deck and not expected by many
How did the day go for you? Any notable matchups?
Swiss was very relaxing but Top Cut was rough. I matched up against three Harpie players in a row and I was sure one was going to knock me out, but luckily that didn't happen. My toughest matchup was in Top 8 where I had to top-deck Loading... to win. Top 4 and Finals were good matchups for me soo I didn't have too many problems there.
Would you like to explain any of your Deck choices?
I saw
playing a 20-card version of Fire King so I gave it a try and had success with it. I would probably play second Loading... and two Loading... .
Do you have anything else you'd like to say about your Tournament Experience?
Thank you to the DLM Team for hosting such a well-organized tournament. Tournaments are always a blast and are really fun to play in.
