Overview
In case you missed it, this week's Meta Weekly was the return to Side Deck Format. As exemplified by the breakdown, we had a domineering performance from Water Xyz both in Swiss and Top 32. In the end, however, we had a grueling three-game slugfest between GreedyGoblin's Balance Blue-Eyes and Ehri1998's Water Xyz, with Ehri coming out on top!

How do does it feel to win your first Meta Weekly?
It feels rly great, I still can't believe it. It was a normal day, and my aim this Meta Weekly was to get into Top 32. I never imagined I was going to make it to the Finals and win my first Meta Weekly.
Would you like to say anything about yourself?
My first experience with Yu-Gi-Oh! was as a child, where I collected cards and played with friends before taking a long break. Two years ago, I heard about Yu-gi-oh! Duel Links and it sounded interesting. I only played on the ladder and didn't know about this huge community. I joined my first Duel Links server through a friend before joining the rest of the community. I've been glad ever since!
Why did you go with Water Xyz?
I really really enjoy playing this deck. At the moment, there aren't many decks I really like playing. So, I'm very glad that I found a deck that is both strong and fun-to-play!
Would you like to explain any of your Deck choices? Would you make any changes?
Overall, I would say that the Main Deck is good how it is. The only change I would maybe make would be to take out one Loading... for one Loading... (if I had a third, but I never had any problems with the 2 Infantry, so it wasn't that bad). The one thing I definitely would change is to take out the Loading... from the Side. I wasn't thinking about it at the time when I put it in, and I would definitely replace it with Loading... going forward.
Lastly, Do you have any shout-outs you'd like to make?
I would like to make a shout-out to my Clan The Legends. I'm so glad that I joined this clan, they're like a second family. Also, a huge shoutout to the boys from the "Toxic Council" Discord channel: your guys' support was absolutely amazing!
