- The KC Cup is divided into two Stages.
- Stage 1 is available from April 6th until April 18th.
- Stage 2 becomes available for Duelist who reached DLv. 20 which begins April 15th and ends on April 18th.

- EX Jewels have replaced Daily Mission Special Packs, You can Spend EX Jewels on any of the 3 Special Pack Volumes.
- All Sleeves, Game Mats, and Taunts will also be hidden in Stage 2.
Stage 1
Information
- The first stage of the KC Cup plays very similar to the ranked ladder.
- Reaching DLV MAX qualifies a player for stage 2 of the KC Cup.
- Gems, tickets, and gold are given to players for each DLV level.
- Your DLv. will begin at the following levels depending on your rank in Season 62 (February) of Ranked Duels:

- Duelists who reached King of Games in February 2021 are straight invited to the Stage 2.

Stage 2
- Stage 2 of the KC Cup follows an ELO system, with points gained/lost for each win or loss.
- Duels are global and not region only.
- Based on a player’s global ranking at the end of the event, they will receive a certain amount of tickets as well as other rewards.
- The Top 500 players of each region will be eligible to play in the KC GT Regional 2021 Preliminary Tournament, and be exempt from the KC GT Preliminary Tournament Qualifiers.
- Players who reached KOG rank for the 62nd season of ranked duels (February) are automatically entered into Stage 2, but can still play in Stage 1 to gain the rewards.
Rewards:
The player achieving the spot of #1 Global after the rankings will receive a KC GT 2021 Main Tournament Championship Invitation, allowing them to attend the KC GT 2021 Main Tournament
Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championships 2021
- As with Last Year, this year’s World Championships was officially cancelled due to the ongoing outbreak
- Regional Qualifiers and WCS invites obtained through KC Cup September 2020, KC Cup November 2020, KC Cup February 2021 and KC Cup April 2021 will be valid for entry in KCGT 2021 Preliminary and KCGT 2021 Main Tournament.
