The following Skills will be changed to be as follows:
KaibaCorp Bling - Your Duel Assessment score for using Glossy/Prismatic cards will be multiplied by 1.5. Can be used when your Life Points Decrease by 2000. In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, draw a random Glossy/Prismatic card from your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
Duel, standby! - Each player’s hand increases by 1 card. You cannot Normal Summon or activate card effects on your first turn.
One-Card Wonder - Your starting hand will contain only 1 card. During the Duel, your normal draws in the Draw Phase become 2 cards. This Skill will only activate if you begin the Duel with a Deck that has no other monsters than DARK monsters.
Reinforcements - Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1500. Return 1 card from your hand to your Deck and draw a random Warrior-Type monster.
Silent Duelist - Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1800. Return 1 card from your hand to your deck, and play Silent Magician LV4 or Silent Swordsman LV3 from your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per turn.
Miracle Fusion Time! - Can be used when your Life Points decrease by 1000. Instead of conducting your normal draw, Miracle Fusion is added to your hand from outside of your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
Respect My Authority! - Until the end of the turn, 1 Synchro Monster you control whose original name includes ‘Goyo’ will gain 500 ATK for each monster you control that you are not the original owner of. This Skill can only be used once per turn.
Probably the best thing to come out of this banlist, KaibaCorp Bling is no longer a skill that promotes unhealthy gaccha elements into duel links. I am very pleased that they changed this skill despite having success with it; Darklords will likely run Destiny Draw going forward.
Konami has essentially killed Amano-Iwato, the most unholy of zugzwang decks. While not the best deck, Amano was uninteractive by nature so nerfing it is both understandable and appreciated.
The ability to use Banishment of the Darklords each turn via KaibaCorp Bling was overwhelming if not stopped by Cosmic Cyclone, which meant you probably couldn’t afford to gamble using it on The Sanctified Darklord, which left a lot of room for Darklords to set up an unbreakable board.
The new skill changes shuts down the permanent existence of Amano-Iwato on the field which is the deck’s main win condition, leaving a lot of room for opponents to make plays on an open field with the only disruption being a counter trap which most of the meta decks are fine with.
