TACNE FROG1Vaalmonica is the best deck right now with its ability to set up an unaffected Loading... , which some decks like branded can't out unless they have a kaiju.
It's also very good going 2nd, as it only struggles against Infernity and Centur-Ion, which is on the decline recently.
Branded can establish the most oppressive boards in the format. The deck can be built and played in several different ways, allowing its pilot to establish a variety of fields instead of always ending on the same board. Its new cards also give it more ways to play during the opponent's turn and interrupt their plays. Branded also has a very strong grind game because almost all of its cards can activate in the graveyard.

TACNE FROG1moysterSnake-Eye moves up to Tier 2 due to its strong adaptation to the meta.
It is now being played with board breakers and tries to stall Turn 1 with Loading... .
MizarSnake-Eye can use Loading... to guarantee its survival while establishing follow-up. This allows the deck to focus on going-second board breakers such as Loading... , Loading... , and Loading... .
Snake-Eye's ability to play board breakers like Loading... and Loading... is really amazing, all thanks to Loading... + Loading... to protect against Loading... , so pretty much your Nightingale is guaranteed to resolve and you'll be able to win on the turn-3 follow-up.
