ENEMY CONTROLLER VS KURIBOH
If you are attacking a monster and you want to use Enemy Controller, make sure to set Activation Confirmation to "On" in order to use Enemy Controller in the Battle Step, where Sphere Kuriboh cannot be activated.
This is how you should be using Enemy Controller at all times if you plan on making an aggressive play.
1. Bait an attack
2. Wait for response
4. Enemy Controller in battle step
---Example:(for those confused) ---
-you are at 100 life points with Sphere Kuriboh in hand and a faceup monster in defense position.
-I declare an attack onto your monster. The game asks you to use Sphere Kuriboh but you want to save Sphere Kuriboh for only on an attack that would end the game for you so you decide to not use it.
-I use Enemy Controller during the battle step to change your monster's battle position in order to deal the final life point damage to end the game. You CANNOT use Sphere Kuriboh. You lose the game.
-If I did not wait for battle step before revealing my Enemy Controller then you could have stopped my attack + waste my Enemy Controller.
Understand that the game will ask me first to use Enemy Controller before it asks you to use Sphere Kuriboh on attack declaration.
---End of Example---
This is ALSO how you should be using Enemy Controller defensively. If you use your Enemy Controller on their Attack Declaration, you may have just saved them from using their own Enemy Controller that they planned on using during the Battle Step.
Countless opponents in the top ladder were not using Enemy Controller correctly against me and some completely lost the game over it.
